This page presents information for the District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) for Academia Avance, as prescribed by Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Section 11308, for LEAs (charter schools) with more than 50 English learners.

The DELAC functions are assigned to the Avance Parent Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC meets on the first Tuesday of each month.
